What is Leadership Launch?
Every semester, our staff leads coaches, athletes, and community leaders through FCA's discipleship model - E3.
By providing this training, our team launches leaders into their communities to make a difference for Jesus.
What is E3?
The E3 model stands for Engage, Equip, Empower. This strategy focuses on:
- Engage coaches and athletes through genuine relationships of sharing our lives and sharing the Gospel.
- Equip coaches and athletes to grow in Christ through God's Word.
- Empower coaches and athletes to become disciples who make disciples, engaging, equipping, and empowering others.
This approach aims to lead every coach and athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
